📜 White Horse Consignment – Refund & Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Because items are sold on consignment from individual sellers, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless an item is found to be misrepresented (e.g., incorrect size, undisclosed damage).
2. Condition & Authenticity
We carefully inspect and authenticate all items before listing. Any known flaws are disclosed at the time of purchase. Please review items thoroughly before buying.
3. Exceptions
A return may be accepted only if:
- The item was sold with undisclosed major defects.
- The item is proven to be counterfeit.
- An agreement was made between the buyer and White Horse Consignment prior to purchase.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase with proof (photos, receipt). Approved returns shipped at buyers expense will be refunded to the original payment method when received.
4. No Returns on Clearance or “As-Is” Items
Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is” are non-returnable under all circumstances.
5. Consignor Payments
Once an item is sold and the return window (if applicable) has passed, payment will be released to the consignor. Returned items will be re-listed for sale.
